This class blends gentle, somatic-based movement with guided breathwork to support deep physical and emotional release. Through slow, intuitive stretching and body-aware practices, you’ll be invited to unwind tension held in the muscles and nervous system, creating space within the body.

Layered with intentional breathwork, the experience helps to move stagnant energy and access stored emotion in a safe, supported way. Rather than pushing or striving, this is an invitation to listen inward, allowing the body to lead and release at its own pace.

Led by facilitators with over 20 years of combined experience in energy work, this class offers a grounded and supportive environment for exploration, release, and reconnection.
